so, how does this work?
- First, propose your idea in detail- BE SPECIFIC, it's good for you! Reference pictures or visual inspirations are a must, so send as many as you think necessary. If you’re printing the picture, please specify the size, and the intended use (ie. t-shirt, poster, etc.). If in doubt about art styles, check the gallery!
- Once everything is agreed upon, you will receive a Paypal invoice for the first half of the payment. Please provide your Paypal email. Since work begins upon payment, deposits are not refundable.
- When payment is received, I’ll work out the rough sketches, which will be sent for your approval. When coloring, preview thumbnails will be sent at every step to make sure the picture works.
- Once you give final approval, an invoice for the second half will be sent, and once payment is received, the art files, or a download link, will be emailed to you in the formats of your choosing.
terms and conditions
- Turnaround time for digital art is at least 1 week; There are NO next-day jobs. Traditional medium pieces such as acrylic, oil painting, or pencil will take longer please bear that in mind.
- To avoid miscommunications and for the sake of record keeping, all contact is to be in text form - I do not accept or make phone calls.
- Payments are via Paypal invoicing ONLY; Don’t send money until invoiced
- Pricing is listed in US Dollars (Currency conversions are automatic).
- Drastic changes to the finished picture will result in an extra fee.
- Haggling is very much frowned upon
- “Exposure” and shout-outs are not an acceptable form of payment; Influencers pay full price like everyone else.
- Will NOT make copies or duplicates of other artists’ pieces
- DO NOT feed the finished piece, sketches, thumbnails, or any part of the art into an AI Model.
- NO refunds

AI is never used in my art, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO FEED MY ART INTO ANY AI MODEL.
can I re-post/publish my commissioned piece?
Once the final payment goes through it's all yours, if it is for commercial purposes please let me know ahead of time. If posted to Instagram tag me @jesus_paints, if you want, and I'll happily share it on my Instagram stories.
can I get a discount?
If you refer another customer I'll throw a sweet 15% discount on your next order and a 10% for the new customer. Any other discounts will be announced. Discounts can not be combined.
